As a health and wellness coach, I’ve worked with many clients who want to make positive changes but aren’t sure where to begin. My approach goes beyond just offering diet plans or exercise tips. Instead, I specialize in behavior change, and I believe the key to transformation lies in understanding the thoughts and choices that guide your everyday life.

Here’s the thing: you’re the expert on you. You know your body, your thoughts, and your deepest desires better than anyone else. And that’s why I believe you get to be your own science experiment. Whether it’s food, sleep habits, triggers, or self-talk, you’re in the driver’s seat, figuring out what works best for your unique body and mind. The beauty of this approach is that it allows you to experiment, tweak, and discover the path that leads to your healthiest, happiest self.

But you don’t have to conduct this experiment alone! That’s where I come in. Think of me as your trusty lab assistant, helping you gather data, ask the right questions, and adjust your approach as you go. Together, we’ll explore what’s working and what isn’t, so you can create lasting, meaningful changes that fit into your life.

Everything starts with our mind—how we think, the stories we tell ourselves, and how we choose to respond to challenges. When we’re mindful and aware, we can break old patterns, discover new perspectives, and make decisions that align with our deepest values. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, reduce stress, gain self-confidence, or improve your overall wellness, it’s the small, mindful shifts that create big results.

In my coaching practice, I also blend in my work as a culinary coach to help you create, prepare, and incorporate healthy, delicious recipes that support your wellness goals. It’s all part of building a lifestyle that feels enjoyable, sustainable, and true to you.
